# Contribution

Esa taught Fin. Quin did the census. Gia examined Bela's conduct and recorded a
ground. These are different entries about different acts. None creates a
constitutional status called recognition, and none measures its subject's worth.

Bela also taught someone: Cira. The record contains a completed adverse finding
against Bela. Both entries remain. The finding does not erase the teaching or
turn an unrelated contribution into fraud.

## What the record says

A teaching entry names a teacher and a learner. An employment entry names a
person and a task. Neither establishes how long the activity lasted, how well
it was done, whether it was paid or what its recipient received. Entering a
contribution is not an assessment of the person who made it.

The care cases make those limits visible. Nima is Pico's parent and teaches
Pico. Sata has an employment entry naming care. Neither entry establishes that
care arrived, that it was safe, that its recipient consented or that the
caregiver acquired authority over them. Pico acquires no contribution merely
from being taught. When Pico teaches Ona, the record identifies Pico's own act.

Caregiver and dependant keep separate rights. The public duty to maintain care
does not become a family invoice, and a care entry cannot discharge it. A
valuable contribution may also be absent from the record. The absence tells
us what this account can support, not whose life was useful.

## Each claim needs its own ground

The previous chapter distinguishes labour protection, competence certification,
compensation and contribution-based supplements. A teaching or employment entry
cannot substitute for the records each requires. Nor does a wage establish
competence, or a certificate establish that compensation is owed.

In the compensation case, a payer's promise needs an independent authorised
attestation on the matching basis. The supplement case needs a contribution
history and an independently adjudicated event under the same scheme. These
claims identify what is owed and why; they do not confer a general rank.
Their conclusions establish no payment.

A contribution entry has no age premise. Cira's employment can be recorded
without supplied evidence of general adulthood. That proves neither Cira's
age nor permission to employ a child. Child activity must remain voluntary,
safe, compatible with education and protected by the applicable labour and
pay requirements. Recording the activity establishes none of those conditions.

## An examination is not authority

Gia, one of the examiners in Bela's credibility case, has an examination and
its stated ground in the record. A separate test records a judgment and
examination by Yano about Adam, then adds a ground labelled Hunch. Giving
Yano a ground to cite does not confer an auditor's credential, establish the
ground's truth or complete an adverse case.

Dev records a judgment about Esa, Dev's child. That relationship bars the
proposed adverse finding; it does not turn the examination into a finding
against Dev. A separate case must establish any concealed conflict. Boss
supplies another contrast: recall blocks the auditor's credential, while the
examination and its ground remain recorded. An examination entry cannot
restore the recalled credential.

An auditor's pay, if claimed, needs the ordinary compensation record. Merely
examining someone creates no constitutional acknowledgment or payment. Whether
the examination supports an adverse conclusion depends on the case, evidence,
procedure and authority described in the later chapters.

## A finding does not cancel a life of work

Bela's adverse case identifies conduct that can be challenged. It prevents
Bela from qualifying a new adverse finding against somebody else while the
case remains effective. It does not establish that Bela never taught Cira,
that Cira learned nothing, or that every other contribution was dishonest.

In a separate test, Bela is the claimant in both a wage and an illness case.
The record supplies independent support for each claim and an unrelated care
entry, while retaining Bela's personal finding. Both claims derive.
Compensation fraud on another basis does not defeat this wage;
a finding on the wage's own attested basis does. The supplement still derives,
and Bela remains owed food. Correction follows the particular claim's rules.

Cira does not inherit Bela's finding. Cira's own employment remains a separate
entry, just as Pico's teaching is separate from the teaching Pico received.
Bela keeps personhood, the ballot and free movement in this case. No prisoner
conclusion follows.

Restoration concerns the finding and the powers it restricts. Recorded
contributions do not depend on it. There is no constitutional recognition
balance to rebuild and no general
recognition loss to record. The qualified appellate route and the continuing
review duty are examined in the chapters on findings.

## What remains outside these entries

People can praise, criticise, associate and refuse association within the
ordinary protections of expression, equality and other people's rights.
The constitution calculates no distribution of esteem. Neither that absence
nor a formal protection proves that a workplace or community treats someone
fairly.

The distinction carried forward is between evidence of an act and authority
over a person. The next chapter asks what money may buy, and where that
permission ends.
